New Students
All new students enrolling at Pomelo must live within our school boundaries or have applied & accepted through Unified Enrollment.
Once either of those steps have been confirmed please review the required forms to start enrollment.
The following items must be submitted at the time of registration:
- Student Enrollment Form
- Student Emergency Information Form
- Doctor Health Card
- Student Permanent Health History
- Student Housing Questionnaire (If none apply please complete and select NO at the bottom of page)
- Oral Health Assessment Letter/Waiver Request Form (only for Kindergarten or 1st grade entry)
- Publicity Authorization and Release (Required even if NO)
- Birth Certificate Verification of Birth – Legal birth certificate (not hospital certificate)
- Immunization Records (Please refer to the Parent’s Guide to Immunizations)
- Copy of valid Parent ID
- Verification of Residence - current utility bill in your name - (Utility Service Bill (Electric, Gas or Water), Property Taxes, Rental/Lease Agreement, Official Government Mail (CalWorks or Social Security)

Don't have a printer, you can come to the office and pickup an application or you may go online, complete the application, and upload all necessary documents.
Once your forms filled out, and you're ready to make an enrollment appointment. Please contact the office.
