The mission of the Pomelo Arts and Sciences Magnet is to inspire students with a challenging and engaging science and arts-based curriculum that equips them with the 21st century skills needed to be ready for both college and career. Our vision is to “engage students in learning that is standards-based, innovative, interdisciplinary, collaborative, and relevant to their lives and aspirations. We want students to explore and understand the complexity, interconnectedness, and importance of the arts and sciences, to express their views and feelings with creativity and authenticity, and to experience the depth of satisfaction that comes from tackling real-world problems with confidence and curiosity.”
